The Tribe is the annual gathering of THOKers, a wonderful celebration of the union between THOK and its community, two days of collective e-bike experiences and authentic connections.
THOK E-Bikes isn’t just about “Performance First.” Purchasing a THOK also means becoming a part of a world of passion and camaraderie, built on moments of gathering between the brand and its own THOKers.
THOK has always sought contact with its customers, believing in encounters as the foundation for forging lasting relationships based on trust – a modus operandi that undoubtedly constitutes the brand’s added value.
The zenith of this philosophy of encounter is the “Tribe,” the gathering of the owners of our emblem, which was conceived 6 years ago during an afternoon when THOK was only a few months old.
We wanted to get to know our customers, ask them questions, understand their thoughts. We wanted to convey to them our genuine shared passion, our proximity, and our own needs as bikers.
This gave rise to the idea of organizing something unique, distinct from all other brands, to meet and thank people for choosing us and our e-bikes.
Since nothing today is more valuable than time, we decided to gift them a piece of our best time: 2 days to ride together, eat together, have fun, and above all, share the passion for e-bikes.
Over these 6 years, THOK has grown exponentially: we’ve launched highly successful new models, exported the “Made in Italy” label to various countries worldwide, embraced new technologies and innovation, and heavily invested in research and development. As the world’s first, we pioneered the use of 3D metal printing (SLM) derived from aerospace technology to create a functional prototype, an experimentation that benefits the entire e-bike sector.
Every year, we advance, raising the bar for our own limits and aiming for ever more challenging goals.
In the last edition in Castiglione della Pescaia, around 450 people participated, mostly customers with their families, but also brand enthusiasts who don’t own THOKs, renting one to live as THOKers for 2 days.
Everyone connected and rode with the staff, the founders, the entire brand management, and our ambassadors who were also present on their own THOKs: Stephan Peterhansel (MR DAKAR), his co-pilot Edouard Boulanger, and Matteo Eydallin (multi-world champion in Ski Mountaineering).
18 journalists from Europe’s most important industry magazines documented the event, and the main partners FOX, Vittoria, and FSA organized valuable dedicated clinics.
Even years later, our priority remains: staying in touch with the THOKers, an infinite source of inspiration for creating our bicycles.
In designing our vehicles, much of them, their opinions, and their needs are incorporated.
At THOK, we’ve always strived to associate a face and a story with the sale of each of our bikes. Purchasing an e-bike isn’t just a simple monetary transaction but signifies, if one wishes, the start of a new way of experiencing e-bikes: becoming an integrated part of a project rich in passion, experience, and friendship unique in the e-bike world. We’ve grown, but this hasn’t changed.
