With the purchase of a MIG-R, THOK gives you the T-Power for free (while stocks last), for an energy charge of up to 900Wh! The “T-Power” is the plug-and-play range extender with 270Wh nominal capacity made by THOK. No performance compromises for your THOK: the T-Power occupies the space of your water bottle and you can decide whether to use it according to your riding needs.
The livery was chosen by the public from 6 proposals, all signed by D-Perf by Aldo Drudi, an international design excellence, pure Italian style.
MIG, from Mr. MIG, is the nickname of Stefano Migliorini, CEO of THOK E-Bikes, former BMX world champion, and ex-Pro Rider DH. Along with Livio Suppo (Moto GP Team Manager), Giuseppe Bernocco, and Sebastiano Astegiano (owners of the TCN Group industrial pole), he is a founding partner of THOK E-Bikes and the father of the brand’s iconic model.
The MIG was designed in Italy by an excellent team (led by Migliorini), all passionate bikers or former professionals.
The EP8 is the second-generation SHIMANO motor. Currently one of the lightest drive units (2.6 kg), with a maximum torque of 85 Nm and a 36% friction reduction, it ensures powerful pedaling with smooth, direct, and natural delivery, facilitating vehicle control. The MIG-R will have a customized mapping for the EP8 by THOK with two assistance profiles: “long ride” for extended trips and “fast ride” for more performance-oriented outings.
