DUCATI POWERED BY THOK EXTENDS ITS RANGE TO THE E-ROAD WORLD

Futa is the brand-new e-road bike by DUCATI powered by THOK. Like the rest of the range, it is the combination of THOK’s know-how and Ducati’s experience in the racing world.
Its name – which comes from the famous Futa Pass in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines – pays tribute to its target: riders who love the road, high level performances and who strive to reach the highest peaks of the great classics of the discipline, with no restraints.

High performing, light and reactive, it features a monocoque frame in UD carbon fibre and endurance sports geometry. Its aerodynamic shape makes it smooth and fast.
Its compact rear stays, with lowered seatstays, ensure comfort on the saddle, while the rear triangle is rigid on the side (given the type of seatstays), which favours maximum power transmission to the wheel and great reactiveness.

The motor, located on the back hub, is the new FSA System HM 1.0 with 250 W and 42 Nm torque, with 5 levels of assistance that can be selected with the Garmin command on the handlebar, with its smooth and natural output. The FSA app, available for iOS and Android devices, enables the rider to view their riding statistics, the remaining battery life and its remaining charge, quickly and intuitively, as well as communicate with all FSA customer service centres in the world.
The 250 Wh FSA battery is integrated into the down tube, the optional 250 Wh range extender is also available, to cover even longer distances.

The complete FSA K-Force WE groupset includes a very smooth and fast 2×12 speed electronic gearshift, powerful 160 mm disc brakes with adjustable, interchangeable levers in UD carbon and crankset with carbon cranks. The Vision AGX30 wheels with carbon rims and the 35 mm Pirelli Cinturato Velo tyres guarantee excellent smoothness, comfort and grip, whose combination results in remarkable robustness.

The Ltd is a truly exclusive version: it features an electronic groupset Campagnolo Super Record EPS (built with refined materials including carbon fibre, titanium fibre and ceramic bearings), Vision Metron 40 wheels with carbon rims, aero wing shaped Vision Metron handlebar in carbon fibre with integrated stem and cables.
The 250 Wh range extender and the Garmin Edge GPS with custom stem mount are standard issue.
