TBF PROGRAMME ARRIVES: ‘THOK BIG FAMILY’

The family of THOK owners has become one big family.

This is also thanks to the real enthusiasm and positive word of mouth of our THOKers who, over the years, have been essential in helping us to make it grow.

THOKers are users and therefore knowers of our bikes: reliable testimonials of the brand.

The time has come to concretely reward those who actively support us.

From today, every time a THOKer recommends a friend to enter the THOK world by purchasing a bicycle online, they will receive a TBF (THOK Big Family) voucher to the value of €200.

TBF vouchers will be valid for 24 months, can be combined with each other and with other THOK promotions, and can be used as a discount for the online purchase of any product on the official THOK website (e-bikes, clothing, accessories, components, spare parts).

There is no limit to the number of TBF vouchers you can receive: more friends a THOKer makes riding THOK, more TBF €200 vouchers they will receive.

Anyone with an active account on our e-commerce site can access the TBF programme.

How does the TBF programme work?

More specifically:

• TBF vouchers are cumulative: more friends you bring to THOK, more vouchers to the value of €200 you will be awarded. The amount of the vouchers can be used as a discount for the purchase of one of the products on our official website www.thokebikes.com.
• The new THOKer will have to purchase the first THOK through www.thokebikes.com. He/she can then choose his/her preferred delivery method:
  • via the click & collect system at one of our retailers;
  • or directly to your home;
  • or to another address indicated.
• The TBF voucher will be sent to you by e-mail 15 days after your contact has completed the online purchase of his first THOK.
• The new THOKer who joins the family will in turn be able to access the ‘THOK Big Family’ programme and collect their vouchers by bringing friends into THOK.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. To access the ‘THOK Big Family’ programme and start accumulating vouchers, you must:
   • have activated your account on our website www.thokebikes.com through the online purchase of any of our products
   • have the person who was suggested to buy your first THOK contact THOK.
2. In order for the referring THOKer to receive the TBF (THOK Big Family) voucher, it is necessary for his or her contact to conclude the purchase of any ebike in the THOK range and to do so via the www.thokebikes.com website or directly at the THOK E-Bikes headquarters in Alba.
3. The TBF 200€ voucher code is assigned to the referring THOKer 15 days after the actual purchase of a bicycle by the new THOKer.
4. The TBF voucher given to the referring THOKer is worth 200€, regardless of the type of bicycle purchased by the new THOKer.
5. TBF vouchers are valid for 24 months.
6. TBF vouchers are also allocated to the referring THOKer with the purchase by the new THOKer of a second-hand or test bike, provided that it was purchased through the site or directly from the THOK E-Bikes office in Alba. The new THOKer must not already own any other THOK bike.
7. TBF voucher codes can be combined with each other and with other THOK campaigns, unless otherwise indicated by THOK for each individual campaign.
8. The referring THOKer may use the voucher as a discount for a minimum order of 220€.
9. You can use TBF voucher codes as a discount for online purchases of the following products: ebikes, accessories, parts, clothing.
10. There is no limit to the total amount of vouchers that can be collected.
11. TBF vouchers are nominal and not transferable to third parties.
12. Should THOK E-Bikes discontinue the ‘THOK Big Family’ programme, the termination of the programme will not affect vouchers already transferred.
