The kit consists of a set of accessories, a high-performance starting point to which you can add your favourite components.

The GRAM dk includes everything an attentive and skilled e-biker could possibly wish as a base for his or her vehicle:

• Full-carbon GRAM frame with enduro geometry;
• SHIMANO EP801 motor (85 Nm of torque, adjustable via smartphone using the Shimano Etube Project Cyclist App), remote control and Shimano colour display;
• Integrated 820Wh battery;
• Fox suspensions: 38 Float Factory Kashima 180mm fork, Float X2 Factory Kashima shock absorber;
• FSA cranks and chainrings;
• FSA tapered 1.8 steerer set on sealed bearings with THOK T-Stopper;
• THOK aluminium CNC machined stem;
• CNC-machined aluminium THOK saddle clamp;
• Chain guide;
• THOK saddle and grips.

ICONIC CARBON FIBRE FRAME

The heart of the GRAM dk is the iconic full-carbon mullet enduro frame.

Made of a mix of High Strength and High Modulus carbon fibre fabrics, with a unidirectional (UD) layout, it features a strategic fibre lay-up with increased thicknesses at the points of maximum stress and a lightening of the structure where possible. The use of FEM (Finite Element Analysis) technology has made it possible to optimise angles, curves, and junction points with the objective of maximum strength and flexibility, and extreme stiffness in the drivetrain area, head tube, and rear frame.

The frame is a true “Full Carbon“: all bearings are positioned in direct contact with the carbon fibre, without aluminium bushings, to avoid friction and wear.

The geometry of the GRAM frame is the THOK Control Geometry, with a verticalized seat tube with a 78° angle and an open head angle of 64°: the rider’s weight is shifted forward to ensure maximum pedalling efficiency, especially on climbs, while the advanced off-set makes the bike both manoeuvrable and stable.

GRAM’s innovative “Big Eye” head tube reduces the load in the handlebar area on very bumpy enduro trails, ensuring high steering precision. The “Exagon” downtube features an elaborate carbon structure with differentiated thickness. Its shape contributes, together with the Big Eye, to dispersing tension when riding the e-MTB over very rough terrain.

The distinctive “Viper Head Plus” top tube features a lowered 1.8″ tapered head tube that accommodates the FSA headset specially designed for THOK.

Finally, the T-Stopper is worth noting: a resin cable stopper designed by THOK.
It avoids tearing cables and damaging the carbon frame in the event of extra handlebar rotation.

The rear chainstays with asymmetrical rectangular design and integrated cable routing ensure great stiffness, maximum traction on climbs, responsiveness on descents and ease of maintenance. Thanks to the TPS-2 suspension system designed by THOK, enduro kinematics is optimised: the rear wheel has a progressive travel that absorbs all types of obstacles.

EXCLUSIVE ACCESSORIES AND CUSTOMISATION

Everything in the GRAM dk is customisable, even the graphics.

You can choose between two styles in eight different colours. The owner’s name on the frame completes the elite design.

In addition, the frame set includes the prestigious DREAM Box, which contains personalised THOK accessories and the invaluable “Libellum”, the THOK certificate attesting to the uniqueness of your e-MTB. Shipping and frame assembly are free of charge.

The new “dream kit” is a limited edition.
